He has a bachelor's degree in business, a master's degree in commerce, and a master of arts in political nd international studies. He is a chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor, and is principal of his accountancy business based in Brisbane. John experienced a personal battle with obesity for many years, and like many individuals was left frustrated and totally confused by the lack of information on how best to deal with it. After studying the topic extensively and putting into practice the Nysteia Formula he has now reached his biological optimum weight (BOW).
