Jinfeng LUProf Lu’s research primarily focuses on novel and innovative technologies for drinking water safety assurance and municipal wastewater reclamation with specific interests in technologies of advanced oxidation technology, new pollution control, algae rganic matter extraction and utilization and wastewater, sludge and biomass resource utilization towards the urban and water sustainability. Dr Lu has published more than 80 journal papers in the mainstream environmental science and engineering journals. In recognition of his contributions to research and administration, she was awarded Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award in 2015，National Teaching Achievement Award and Teaching Master Award in 2023.
