Jim Graff

Jim Graff pastors Faith Family Church, a vibrant congregation in Victoria, Texas. His passion for small communities in America has led him to launch the Significant Church Network, designed to establish significant church communities throughout the smallest counties in the nation. To that end the Network hosts seven regional conferences and one national conference each year. He and his wife, Tamara, have four children ages eight to eighteen.
