Jim Cavanagh

During five years at StrataCom Jim Cavanagh designed, engineered, and implemented WilPak, the world's first public frame relay network as well as the world's firt private and hybrid public/private frame relay networks. Jim is presently a faculty member with Telecommunications Research Associates (TRA) as well as a consultant to carriers, service providers, manufacturers, end users, and governmental organizations.
