Jim BrutonJim Bruton spent 35 years in the field of corrections and retired as the warden of Minnesota's maximum-security prison in Oak Park Heights. A member of the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers football team from 1965 to 1966, Bruton is the author o several books, including The Big House, A Tradition of Purple, Gopher Glory, and We Love Our Twins.
