Jim BlodgettJim Blodgett is a native of Montana and a graduate of the University of Montana. He began his career as a Correctional Officer in 1963 at Montana State Prison and retired after 39 years service in the Montana and Washington State prison systems. Joy orris was born in New York City. She has a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and M.A. in Public Administration. Joy's passion is travel and genealogy; she is a member of several genealogical societies dating back to 1630.
