Jeremy GansJeremy Gans is Associate Professor at Melbourne Law School. He has taught courses on criminal law, evidence law, criminal procedure, sentencing law and expert evidence. In 2007, he was appointed as the first human rights adviser to the Victorian Parlament's Scrutiny of Acts and Regulations Committee, and he has recently acted as the principal consultant to that Committee's review of the Victorian Charter.
