Jeremy Finn
Jeremy Finn, MA LLB (Hons) Ph.D. (Canterbury), Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, is Professor of Law at the University of Canterbury.
Jeremy Finn has written extensively in the areas of contract law, legal hisory, criminal law and natural disaster law. He contributes to Adams on Criminal Law(looseleaf) and Intellectual Property in New Zealand(looseleaf) and is author of Educating for the Profession: The First Hundred Years of Law at Canterbury(2010) and part-author of A New Zealand Legal History(2nd edition, 2001), The Law of Contract in New Zealand(5th edition, 2016) and Criminal Procedure in New Zealand(2nd edition, 2015). He also part-authored and co-edited Legal Responses to Natural Disasters (2015).
