Jeff Wrathall Jeff Wrathall is a Lecturer in Higher Education at William Angliss Institute of TAFE, Melbourne. He teaches Innovation Management, Business Planning and Event Management. He holds a PhD in Education from Monash University, a Master of Internationl Trade and Investment Law from Deakin University, a Master of Administration from Monash University and a Bachelor of Econonomics from Latrobe University.
Jeff has previously worked as the Director of Australia-China Executive Training and has managed a range of corporate events for Chinese executives in China and Australia. He has held a number of academic positions, including a one-year appointment as an Associate Professor at Wuhan Iron and Steel University in China.
