Jeevanand Seshadrinath

Dr. Seshadrinath obtained a PhD in Electric Motors and Drives from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in 2013. He held a teaching position at BITS Pilani in 2014, before being offered a Research Fellow position at Rolls Royce @ NTU CorporateLab, Nanyang Technological University, where he remained until 2016. He continued his teaching career at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorke, where currently he also holds the following administrative positions: Associate Dean Infrastructure (Electrical and AC) and Founder Advisor for IEEE IAS SB Chapter. He is a prolific author and has been a senior member of IEEE since 2019. His research interests focus on electrical machines and power electronic drives; drivetrain for electric vehicles;,diagnosis and prognosis of electrical machines and drives; AI in electric drives; design, development, and prototyping of transformer-less grid connected PV inverters; renewable energy systems.
