His work has been widely published in literary jour-nals/websites such as The Windsor Review, Poetry Pause, The Prairie Journal, and forthcoming in Queen's Quarterly. In 2003 and 2005, he won The Monica Ldell Prize for Poetry from the Scar-borough Arts Council and in 2015 he was the recipient of the Scarborough Urban Hero Award for Arts & Culture.
