Jeannie Flinn Furlong Ed DJeannie's a Texan... arriving in Grand Prairie, Texas from Colorado at 3 months old qualified her as a Texas gal. She grew up in Grand Prairie, smack dab in the middle of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. She pursued a career in education teaching Firt Grade in many cities in Texas. It was during those years with first graders that she fell in love with Children's Picture Books. Jeannie married a Texan, Kendall Furlong, who is also an Author.
