Janet R. DeSimoneJanet R. DeSimone is an Associate Professor in Leadership Studies and Program Director for Lehman College's Organizational Leadership Graduate Program. As an educator for over 30 years, she credits her current and former students for teaching her mos of what she knows about effective leadership. Dr. DeSimone has developed and helped launch multiple leadership degrees and certificate programs, including Lehman's first leadership doctoral program. Her research interests include leadership traits and dispositions, special education leadership, and effective support models for co-teaching.
