Janet LaurenceJanet Laurence is chiefly known for her crime novels. She has been cookery correspondent for the Daily Telegraph and her first crime series featured a cordon bleu cook, Darina Lisle. She is currently writing the third in a historical mystery sries set in Edwardian times. Other books include Writing Crime Fiction, and contemporary women's fiction under a pseudonym. She is an ex-Chairman of the Crime Writers' Association, and is currently Chairman of the CWA International Dagger judging panel.
