She is a freelance illustrator, painter and ceramic artist, and has had the pleasure of teaching Art to children in he hometown for the past thirty years. She has loved sharing her passion for the Visual Arts with young people in her work as a teacher, and now in bringing characters to life as a children's book illustrator. This is her second children's book. She received her Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Art Education from Central Connecticut State University.
