James TutwilerJames Tutwiler was born in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and raised in Montana. After graduating from the University of Montana James enjoyed a thirty year career in the US Army and retired as a Colonel in 1985. Later he worked for the US State Dpartment as a member of the Multiple National Force Observers monitoring the peace accord between Israel and Egypt in the Sinai Peninsula. After the Sinai tour James spent a number of years as a business representative for the Montana Chamber of Commerce.
