James S WrightI was born in Dorsey, Maryland, a small rural community in Anne Arundel County, about ten miles South of Baltimore City. My grandparents, Wilbur and Louanna Wright, both deceased, instilled in me a strong moral background and a foundation in religionand the church. They raised me from the time I was two years old. My father is the Reverend James S. Wright Sr., who now lives in Atlanta, Georgia, separated from my mother, Estelle Hebron Thomas, now deceased, when I was ten years old. I have three brothers and three sisters. I talk more about my mother and some of my other relatives throughout my book. I am an avid researcher of both African American and United States history. Yes, these books are about racism in America. I am quite sure you already figured that out when you read the titles. The red, white and black colors on the book covers represent the three races of people that make up the history of this country. These books do not contain any unknown facts or discoveries about the history of this country. Most of the historical references in these books are common knowledge. What makes my books unique is they contain fresh and very opinionated perspectives on the subject of African American history and the subject of racism and racial equality in the United States.
