James M. SkinnerJAMES M. SKINNER, Professor of History and Film at Brandon University in Manitoba for twenty-six years, has contributed several articles on film censorship to journals in Canada and the U.S.A. He was exposed to the control of film content in his posiion as vice-chairman of the Manitoba Film Classification Board. Dr. Skinner was also director of the Brandon Film Festival for twenty-two years. He is the author of France and Panama: The Unknown Years, 1894-1908.
