James Liter

James Liter is a photographer, poet, and artist. From his first training at the Kansas City Metropolitan
Museum of Art, expressing creativity has always been a part of his life. James has published a
volume of poetry and has paintings onexhibition in galleries in France. A love of imagery couples
with his concern for nature and the human condition. These have convinced him that there is nothing
more powerful than images to ignite the passion, wonder and love needed to birth a new vision
into the world. Together with his love for painting and poetry, James has now turned his attention
to the medium of photography. After living twenty-five years in Europe, James has recently returned
to the U.S. and currently resides in the Great Lakes region of western Michigan.
