James JacquesJames Jacques (Jax) trained as an engineer and spent over forty years as a construction and design manager. He has retired from this line of work and also as a Naval Officer. While assigned to a Construction Battalion, he served as the Training Deparment Head, Operations Assistant Commander, and Equipment Company Commander.
