Ross's debut mystery novel, Coldwater Revenge won the Firebird Book Award for legal thrillers, the Maincrest Media Award for Mystery/Suspense, the American Fiction Award for Hard-boiled Crime, and the Pencraft Award in the Thriller-Terrorist category.
