Jagmohan MeherDr. Jagmohan Meher, teaches Political Science, International Relations and Area Studies at National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune, India. He is a former Fulbright Fellow at the Univeristy of Illinois, and the author of the book, America's Afghanstan War: The Succes That Failed (new Delh: Kalpaz Publications, 2004). He has published articles in the field of international relations (including on Afghanistan, Inod-US Relations and India's Foreign Policy).
