Jacob Miller Jacob Miller is a poet from New York. In the 1970s he studied with the poets Allen Ginsburg, Joseph Brodsky, and Robert Hayden. He founded the literary and arts journal Empyrea and his work Sublimity vs. Circulation was publishedin Library Journal.
