Jack JacksonJack Jackson started creating adventures for himself as a teenager, hitchhiking to North Wales for rock-climbing weekends, and has not stopped since - whether on a crag, in the mountains, on the trail, on skis, in a kayak or on a bike. With his love f self-supported journeying Jack has undertaken many bike odysseys, including the Hebridean Way (Scotland), the C2C (Northern England), Lôn Las Cymru (Wales), King Alfred's Way (Southern England), the Kjölur Route (Iceland), the Wolf's Lair (Italy) and La Vélodyssée. Some involve carrying lightweight bivvy gear and freeze-dried food, some cycling from one comfortable hotel to the next, some pushing a mountain bike through knee-deep bogs in driving rain and others cruising along well-surfaced cycle tracks with the warm sun on his back.
