J.E. Flood

J.E. Flood is Emeritus Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Aston, Birmingham, UK. He joined the university after 20 years in the telecommunications industry/during which time he held a variety of positions including that of Chef Engineer of the Advanced Development Laboratories of the Telecommunications Division of Associated Electrical Industries Ltd. He has served on many bodies concerned with the development of telecommunications, and has been Chairman of the IEE Professional Group Committee on Telecommunication Networks and Systems and the BT Standards Committee.
