J.C. Toomay
Major General John C. Toomay is a systems engineering consultant for government and industry. He has more than 25 years experience in research and development and managed major radar programs in the U.S. Air Force and the Defense Advanced ResearchProjects Agency (DARPA). He has served on the Board of Directors of Texas Instruments and the Air Force Scientific Advisory Board and has lectured and written frequently on defense technology, systems, and policy. He currently resides in Carlsbad, CA.
