J. Jay LiuJ. Jay Liu is a full Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Pukyong National University, Korea. After working in industry for two years, he entered McMaster University (Canada), where he attained a PhD in big data analytics and applie statistics in 2004. Since then, he has worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the McMaster Advanced Control Consortium at McMaster University, Canada, and a senior research engineer at Samsung Electronics, Korea, before moving back to academia in 2009.
