J Len Sciuto

Len Sciuto is a retired military officer of thirty-six years, with two tours in Washington, DC. A retired nuclear chemist, Len has a bachelor's degree in chemistry and advanced education in nuclear chemistry thru General Electric for nuclear boilig water reactors.
