Iza GigauriDr. Prof. Iza Gigauri is a Full Professor and Head of the Administrative Sciences Research Center, School of Business and Administrative Studies, The University of Georgia. She holds a PhD in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from Ivane Javakishvili Tbilisi State University (Georgia); an MBA from BSN-Business School Netherlands (Netherlands); an MBA (highest honor) from American University for Humanities Tbilisi Campus (Georgia). She is a graduate of Ilia State University (highest honor; Georgia) and Ruhr-University Bochum (highest honor; Germany). She has more than 12 years of experience in higher education. She is an expert, opponent, and supervisor of dissertations. Her research interests include CSR, marketing, sustainability, entrepreneurship, HRM, leadership, and digitalization. She has published over 100 publications in the form of articles, books, book chapters, and contributions to proceedings. She participated in 45 international conferences, was a keynote speaker seven times, and is a scientific committee member at 15 international conferences. She is a guest editor, an editorial board member, and a reviewer at international journals within Emerald, Springer, IGI-Global, MDPI, Frontiers, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier, Wiley.
