Isabel RamosIsabel Ramos is an Assistant Professor at Information Systems Department of University of Minho, Portugal. She coordinates a research group in Knowledge Management. She also has research work in the field of requirements engineering. Isabel Ramos is ssociate Editor of the International Journal of Technology and Human Interaction and Secretary of the IFIP TC8 (Information Systems). Her research and teaching interests include: requirements engineering, knowledge management, organizational theory, sociology of knowledge, history of science, and research methodology. She is responsible for the user studies in two funded R&D projects. Isabel Ramos is author of more than three dozen scientific papers presented at international conferences and published in scientific and technical journals.
