Imogen Stubbs

Imogen Stubbs made her name on stage with the Royal Shakespearean Company, notably as Desdemona in Othello, but she is probably best known to British audiences as Anna Lee, the private detective heroine on the 1990s TV series by thesame name. She later played Sarah Spiller in the whimsical BBC kids series Big Kids. On film she had key roles in Sense and Sensibility and Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. She and her former husband, director Sir Trevor Nunn, have two children together.
