Ilhaam El AdhamIlhaam El Adham is an author of Moroccan origin, but who lives in California, in Los Angeles. Always tied to her culture of origin, she has undertaken numerous trips in search of the culture and flavors of the North African continent, living for a log time first in Morocco and then in Egypt. She has often worked in the gastronomic field covering different roles, including that of tasting typical dishes.
