Ian Taylor
Ian Taylor is professor of international relations at the University of st Andrews and the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. Formerly of the University of Botswana, he has taught African politics for many years and has conducted research i and/or visited 31 African countries. He is the author of many works, including The United Nations Conference on Tradeand Development (Routledge); China and Africa: Engagement and Compromise(Routledge). He has written numerous articles on African politics.
