Ian Florance

Ian is Founder and Managing Director of OnlyConnect Ltd. He is also Executive Director of the European Test Publishers Group, a pressure group of psychometric Test Publishers which he helped to found 30 years ago. Ian worked in educational, trade nd academic publishing before spending over 20 years at NFER-NELSON, the UK psychometric test publisher, as well as ASE its business consultancy arm.

Ian trained as a coach with the London based Meyler Campbell Limited and has delivered leadership coaching as well as strategic consultancy in the UK as well as Italy, Denmark, France, Romania and other countries. He undertakes monthly interviews for the Psychologist. the British Psychological Society’s journal.
