Hy BloomHy Bloom, BA, LLB, MD, FRCPC, is CEO of workplace.calm, inc., a workplace conflict, problem behaviour, and violence prevention and management group of multidisciplinary consultants, and a founding member of the Psilex Group, Consultants in Behavioura Sciences and the Law. He is a part-time staff member of the Law and Mental Health Program, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), in Toronto, an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto, an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Psychiatry at McMaster University, and adjunct faculty at the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto. Dr. Bloom was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1980. He is an alternate chairperson, legal member, and psychiatric member of both the Ontario and Nunavut review boards.
