Howard SteinHoward F. Stein, Ph.D., an organizational, applied, psychoanalytic, medical anthropologist, organizational consultant, and poet, is professor emeritus in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine, University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center,Oklahoma City, OK, USA, where he taught for nearly 35 years. From 2012-2017 he facilitated the American Indian Diabetes Prevention Center's monthly meetings. He is Poet Laureate of the High Plains Society for Applied Anthropology. He is author, co-author, or editor of thirty-two books, ten of which are of poetry.
