Hind HammouchDr. Hind Hammouch holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management from the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences (FSJES) at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez, Morocco. She currently serves as a Professor at the Institute for Training inOffshoring Professions in Information Technology, Communication, and Audiovisual (IFMOTICA) in Fez and as a part-time lecturer at FSJES Fez, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate-level courses. Her research interests span corporate social responsibility (CSR), (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ESG, management control systems, organizational and financial performance, as well as the integration of artificial intelligence in sustainable development. Dr. Hammouch has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles published in Scopus-indexed journals, as well as scholarly book chapters with IGI Global and other international academic publishers.
