Henry ErgasHenry Ergas has over thirty years of experience analysing telecommunications issues. He wrote the OECD's first report on telecommunications policy reform in 1978, and then in 1986 undertook a review of telecommunications policy for the then Labor govrnment. Since the early 1990s, he has advised Telstra on telecommunications economics and regulatory issues. He is Chairman of Concept Economics, a Professor of Economics at Monash University in Melbourne and an Adjunct Professor of Economics at the National University of Singapore. Read More Read Less
