Heidi NanceHeidi Nance is the Head of Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services at the University of Washington Libraries in Seattle, Washington. Prior to her work at the University of Washington, Heidi supervised the Interlibrary Loan office at Sattle Pacific University, and interned in the Image/Photo Library at Callison Architecture. Heidi received her Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Washington in 2007 and her Bachelor of Arts in English from Seattle Pacific University in 2001.
