Heather EvansHeather is a Richmond, VA, native and a graduate of Logan University's Masters of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance. Heather specializes in female hormone imbalance, prenatal nutrition, intuitive eating, and disordered eating. As a Celiac an anorexia nervosa survivor, Heather has not only gained knowledge through her school training, but also through lived experience.
