Harry BaldwinIn 1989, Harry Baldwin began a formal journey in long-term care and working with seniors in not-for-profit continuing care retirement communities (CCRC) as well as for-profit assisted living communities and nursing homes, including Westminster-Canterury Richmond, Lakewood Manor, and Goodwin House Alexandria. He entered graduate school at MCV - now VCU Health Care - and obtained a Masters of Science in Gerontology. His field of concentration in Gerontology was Psycho-gerontology.
