Harold S Sinclair MacLeodHarold S. Macleod (1927-2014) was a lifelong resident of eastern Prince Edward Island. He was Administrator of Riverview Manor in Montague and served as Mayor of Montague. He is the author of a number of works of PEI genealogy.
