Harold HarrisHarold Edward Harris Jr. is an IT leadership professional with thirty-two years of experience in multiple disciplines and specializing in IT service delivery and end-user computing management. Harold received his bachelor's degree in public administrtion and political science from James Madison University in 1988 and his master's degree in information systems and IT management from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2010.
