He also holds a doctorate degree from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, India in the area of Information Systems Management. He has around 28 years of experience in industry and academia in the fields of IT infrastructure management, communication, and networks. His current research interests include software engineering (process modelling), e-governance, information systems management in development organisations, e-Business for rural enterprises and ICT enabled value chain in rural enterprises.
