Hannah NewBorn in south London, Hannah New is an actress, producer and writer, who started her performing career with the National Youth Theatre in the UK. She went on to do a Spanish and English Literature degree and then began working on film and TV pojects in Spain. Her work can be seen in the television series Black Sails, the Netflix series Bridgerton and the film Flavia de Luce based on the series of novels for young adult readers. She is passionate about film making and storytelling, especially hearing the stories that young people have to tell through film. She is a keen surfer and rock climber and lives on a farm in the West of Ireland with her partner and child. When she's not filming, she grows veg and tends to her cows and chickens.
