Haluk SoydanHaluk Soydan is a research professor, associate dean of research, and director of the Hamovitch Center for Science in Human Services at the University of Southern California School of Social Work. He has a doctorate in sociology from Uppsala Universiy, Sweden. Before joining the University of Southern California in 2004, he served for 10 years as research director of the Swedish Centre for Evaluation of Social Services at the National Board of Health and Welfare in Stockholm, Sweden.
