Haiyan MaierHaiyan Maier received her PhD in nutrition from Florida State University. Before that, she earned a BS and MS in environmental engineering and biochemistry from Finland and Germany. She is a Florida State University College of Education, Health and Hman Science faculty member, preparing students to be Registered Dietitians and other healthcare professionals.
