H. Brooke StaufferBrooke Stauffer is the Executive Director of Standards and Safety for the National Electrical Contactors Association (NECA) in Bethesda, MD. He is responsible for all of NECA's regulatory activities and for developing and publishing the National Elecrical installation Standards.
