H L RamsayH.L. Ramsay was born and spent her early childhood in western Pennsylvania, moving to West Virginia as a teen, where she finished high school and earned a degree in Biology. She continued on to North Carolina to complete a Master's degree in Biologicl Anthropology and to Missouri for her Ph.D. After a couple of decades bouncing back and forth between the east and west coasts of the United States working in academia and medical research, she settled in the UK. Her writing has grown from short stories to novels over the past decade and includes elements of biology, anthropology, and forensics when possible.
