Guofu PanProfessor Pan is a PhD in marine geology and geophysics. After graduating from Tongji University in 1986, he joined Second Institute of Oceanography, State Oceanic Administration of China to work on marine geological and geophysical survey for deep sa resources exploration, environmental research and engineering site investigations.
